TigerTMS completes DevConnect testing against Avaya IPOffice R8.1

As part of Group Tiger, TigerTMS' Hospitality suite of products have completed testing by Avaya’s DevConnect technical team, and is officially recognized as compliant on 21 December 2012.

The following products from our hospitality suite have been tested:

Tiger TMS Hotel Pro: which is the core product from TigerTMS that provides seamless integration between voice, data and property management systems. Incorporating call accounting and full bi-directional check in / check out.

Innline VoipLink: is the SIP version of our Innline product range of guest voicemail and wake up solutions designed specifically for hospitality.

With this successful Compliance Testing, Avaya provides customers increased confidence in product interoperability and successful deployments of our respective products within their enterprise environment

Pancake Breakfast for Boy Scout Troop 87 in Cross Plains, Wisconsin

All good traditions must start somewhere. So it was, with the first annual Super Bowl Sunday morning Pancake Breakfast for Boy Scout Troop 87 in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. The goal was to raise funds to upgrade the troop’s camping equipment. This was an important need – as the troop plans a 12 day backpack trip to Philmont Scout Ranch near Cimarron, New Mexico this July.

Thanks to sponsors such as TigerTMS, the breakfast event raised enough funds to improve its equipment for this year – and many years to come. Because TigerTMS is headquartered in the United Kingdom, Boy Scout Troop 87 can take pride knowing they received international support.

Making a contribution to local communities is, in itself, a grand tradition. It is also a tradition TigerTMS takes to heart.

As part of Group Tiger, TigerTMS has received it's Letter of Compliance for successful completion of Avaya DevConnect Compliance Testing with Avaya Inc.’s Avaya Aura® Communication Manager R6.2 SP3 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager R6.2 SP3.

TigerTMS has successfully completed the acreditation requirements needed for supplying of accounting and billing systems into the Russian Federation

The TigerTMS Hotel suite passed accreditation in October 2012, which means that TigerTMS' partners and customers are able to supply and use the products for billing telephone calls within the Russian Federation.

TigerTMS have worked with our partner BELTEL in St Petersburg to ensure that our products meet the technical and legislative requirements.

As the Russian Hospitality market continues to expand ahead of FIFA World Cup 2018, and on the back of continued growth, TigerTMS aim to work with the leading Global Hospitality Groups and supply its best of breed solutions into this emerging market
